Self-pay client rate = $160 per session
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking your insurance company the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- Do I have a deductible and has it been met?
- Is there a limit to how many counseling sessions I’m allowed each year under my insurance?
- Do I have a co-pay or co-insurance that I’m responsible for?
- Do I need a referral for therapy from my doctor?
- Is pre-approval by my insurance company necessary before I can start services?
